4. Order, Delivery & Cancellations
- Delivery timelines depend on location, plant availability, and customization requirements. We strive to ensure timely delivery but do not guarantee exact dates in case of unforeseen delays.
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for live plants, except in cases of proven damage during delivery.
- Landscaping and service projects require advance booking and may involve separate contracts/agreements.
5. Warranties & Liabilities
- Plants are natural products and require proper care. Planteriors is not responsible for plant health once delivered, unless covered under a maintenance agreement.
- Landscaping projects are executed to the best of our expertise, but growth results depend on external factors (soil, climate, maintenance).
- Planteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
