Return & Refund Policy

At Planteriors, we take pride in delivering healthy plants, thoughtful green gifts, and reliable landscaping services. Since our products are primarily live plants and customized items, we follow a transparent and fair Return & Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.

1. General Policy

  • All sales of live plants, customized gifts, and branded packaging are final and non-returnable, except in cases of damage during delivery.
  • Landscaping, gardening, and other service-based projects are covered under separate agreements and follow their respective terms.

2. Returns Eligibility

A return request may be considered only if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The product is damaged during transit (visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos as proof).
  • Wrong customization (branding/logo/packaging) is delivered, differing from the approved design.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Live plants that have been delivered in healthy condition.
  • Plants that deteriorate due to lack of care, watering, or unsuitable conditions after delivery.
  • Customized items that match the approved design/order.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Eligible refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement plant/product if agreed with the customer.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders for live plants or customized corporate/real estate gifts cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • Service-based projects (landscaping, terrace gardening, etc.) may be cancelled only before execution begins, subject to any advance payments being non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Return/Refund

If you wish to raise a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at info@planteriors.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide order details, photos of the product, and reason for the request.
  3. Our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps.

6. Liability

  • Planteriors is not responsible for plant health after successful delivery unless you are subscribed to our maintenance services.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
