At Planteriors, we take pride in delivering healthy plants, thoughtful green gifts, and reliable landscaping services. Since our products are primarily live plants and customized items, we follow a transparent and fair Return & Refund Policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.
1. General Policy
- All sales of live plants, customized gifts, and branded packaging are final and non-returnable, except in cases of damage during delivery.
- Landscaping, gardening, and other service-based projects are covered under separate agreements and follow their respective terms.
2. Returns Eligibility
A return request may be considered only if:
- The product delivered is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered.
- The product is damaged during transit (visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos as proof).
- Wrong customization (branding/logo/packaging) is delivered, differing from the approved design.
Products not eligible for return:
- Live plants that have been delivered in healthy condition.
- Plants that deteriorate due to lack of care, watering, or unsuitable conditions after delivery.
- Customized items that match the approved design/order.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Eligible refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement plant/product if agreed with the customer.
4. Cancellations
- Orders for live plants or customized corporate/real estate gifts cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Service-based projects (landscaping, terrace gardening, etc.) may be cancelled only before execution begins, subject to any advance payments being non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Return/Refund
If you wish to raise a return or refund request:
- Email us at info@planteriors.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide order details, photos of the product, and reason for the request.
- Our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps.
6. Liability
- Planteriors is not responsible for plant health after successful delivery unless you are subscribed to our maintenance services.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
