At Planteriors, we strive to deliver your green gifts, plants, and services with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.

1. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship plants and gifting products across major cities in India through our trusted delivery partners.
  • Landscaping and gardening services are available in Hyderabad and select regions, subject to project feasibility.
  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you during order confirmation.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • Customized corporate gifting and branding orders may require 7–15 business days, depending on the scale and design.
  • Landscaping and terrace gardening projects are scheduled based on mutual agreement and project timelines.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard deliveries usually take 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express delivery may be available for select products and locations at an additional cost.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather, regional restrictions).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product type, order size, customization, and delivery location.
  • Applicable charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
  • For bulk corporate/real estate gifting, shipping terms will be discussed separately.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All plants are packed securely to ensure safe transit, using eco-friendly and protective materials.
  • For customized orders, branded packaging and tags are included as per the approved design.
  • Despite best efforts, minor wear to leaves or flowers may occur due to natural conditions during transit.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Planteriors is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • In case of unavoidable delays, we will keep you updated and make every effort to fulfill the delivery at the earliest possible time.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers may receive an order tracking ID (if applicable) via email/WhatsApp.
  • For bulk gifting and landscaping services, updates will be shared directly by our team.
